Team Finley Racing featuring 16-year-old, Chad Finley are all busy getting ready for the 2008 ASA Late Model Series Northern Division Season Opener on Friday and Saturday, April 11-12, 2008 at the famed 1/2 mile high-banks of the Toledo (OH) Speedway, located right across the Michigan / Ohio state line in Toledo, Ohio.  Jeff Finley and the entire Team Finley Racing crew continue to make preparations for the highly anticipated opener; "We're all really working our butts off. The motors are back and reinstalled from McGunegill Engine Performance! We can't thank DeWayne and everyone at McGunegill for all there efforts as well as Amy for keeping me in line.  "The car designs are done and the cars will go to Signsmith in Mason, Michigan to be lettered soon." Finley continued.  New Crew Chief, Bob Cumbow has also jumped right into the fray as well; "We all have had great conversations and input from Bob and are making all the changes to the cars that he wants. He is truly a great guy and has a tremendous amount of knowledge. We can't wait to get started with him."  Recently, Chad celebrated his 16th birthday and Team Owner, Jeff Finley also celebrated his 1st Wedding Anniversary with his Wife, Tiffany. "We've been very busy to say the least." Finley added..  "Before he turned 16, we would all laugh when our driver would call one of us and ask for a ride to the shop. Now that's he's done with his big 16th birthday, he's styling on his own" Finley laughed.  Former Multi-time Auto Value Super Sprints Series Champion, Tom Fedewa has joined Team Finley Racing on a full-time basis as the teams Head Spotter! "Look for big things from him to help elevate this race team." Finley added.  In addition to preparations on the ASA Late Model, the team is also working on the Outlaw Bodied Super Late Model as well to get it ready for competition.  Finally, Team Finley Racing has been busy helping the family owned business, Northside Service move into their new 17,000 Square Foot facility.
